Pamur

Pamur is a Silat substyle from the island of Madura. It was founded in 1951 by Hasan Hubudin. Its techniques are taken mainly from several of the Sumatran styles. Pamur is characterized by bladework, no sparring application, and minimal foot shifting.
The styles emblem is a shield with a kris, cotton plant, and rice plant overlaid.
